Terms of Service
Effective date: September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of FieldStrike. By creating an account, joining a campaign, or checking in through a campaign link, you agree to them.
1. Acceptable use
FieldStrike is for lawful political, civic, and advocacy field work. You agree not to use it to harass, threaten, intimidate, or mislead voters; to interfere with anyone's right to vote; to record false door responses; or to attempt to access another campaign's data or disrupt the service.
2. Voter files and lawful use
Campaigns must have the legal right to upload and use every list they import, and must follow all applicable laws and voter-file license terms, including restrictions on commercial use. Voter data may not be used for any unlawful purpose or resold.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Campaign owners and admins are responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant, and the campaign links and API keys they share.
4. Demo sandbox
The public demo uses sample data only and resets regularly. Anything entered or uploaded to the demo may be deleted at any time without notice. Do not upload real voter data or personal information to the demo.
5. Service provided “as is”
FieldStrike is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Maps, address placement, and offline sync depend on third-party services and device connectivity, and we do not guarantee they will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldStrike and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, votes, revenue, or outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect voters, users, or the service. You may stop using FieldStrike at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions: support@fieldstrike.app.
